You are an AI-native technical leader. You have hands-on experience using modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, N8N) in your own work and enabling teams to do the same. You are excited to experiment with various AI tools to increase team productivity and innovation.

  • You are comfortable setting technical direction and standards, partnering with peers and senior leadership to evolve architecture, development practices, and shared engineering processes.
  • You have a strong track record of end-to-end ownership, from design through delivery and deployment, including estimating work, managing risks, and ensuring teams reliably meet their commitments.
  • You are an effective cross-functional leader and communicator, serving as a clear interface between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
  • You are a people-first leader and coach, experienced in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing engineers through constructive feedback and growth opportunities, while fostering a healthy, collaborative team culture.
  • You enjoy leading teams that build internal platforms, tools, or systems that improve end-user productivity, automation, and operational efficiency.
