Company Disputes helps our users recoup the most funds from online disputes in the most efficient way for their businesses. The org is responsible for products that provide insights into, responses to, and outcomes of, online payment disputes, as well as building the infrastructure (with issuers, financial partners and third parties) to support these products.
The Disputes Foundations team exists to build a robust, extensible, and maintainable dispute platform for disputes product and integration teams, so that we can run our core dispute business and enable continuous delivery of impactful products with delightful experience.
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Disputes Foundations team in Singapore. This role involves managing a team of talented engineers, driving technical strategy, partnering with product management to build and deliver Dispute products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support Company's dispute management capabilities.
