  • Quality: Authentic conversations that represent the brand effectively
  • Experience: Providing effortless shopping from chat to checkout
  • As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of around 120 enterprise accounts
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), your goal will be to drive growth, enhance retention, and exert influence across our largest global customers—organizations that set trends in their industries
  • The role is dynamic, expectations are high, and your ability to navigate complex business environments and offer tailored solutions will be crucial to our success
  • Drive Account Growth: Identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities to thoughtfully expand accounts while achieving revenue targets
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans: Work with CSMs to create detailed, customized plans for each account, using insights to maximize customer value and align with their business objectives
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders to ensure goal alignment and foster brand advocacy
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside Customer Support, Product, and Legal teams to enhance customer experiences and effectively tackle complex challenges
  • Leverage CRM for Insights: Keep meticulous records of account activities, opportunities, and risks using our CRM to support data-informed strategies

Travel to Strengthen Relationships: Conduct in-person meetings (up to 3-4 weeks annually) to deepen relationships and gain insights into clients' evolving needs

  • Re-engagement: Promoting personal, one-on-one dialogues rather than broadcasting marketing messages
  • Experienced Account Manager: 3-4 years of experience managing and selling to mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV), with a successful track record of driving growth across portfolios exceeding $1M ARR
  • Relationship Builder: Proficient in engaging and influencing C-level executives, fostering trust and cultivating lasting partnerships
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing data trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver actionable solutions to clients
  • Strategic Problem Solver: Capable of diagnosing customer pain points and devising customized solutions that lead to significant outcomes
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts as business value
  • Results-Oriented: Committed to meeting and exceeding growth and retention objectives
  • Highly Organized: Effective at managing multiple accounts and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient with CRM and reporting tools, with a keen ability to adopt new technologies
