Engage in projects tailored to your education and learning objectives
Document and present findings, including an end-of-summer presentation summarizing internship achievements
Identify and document goals and targets (KPIs)
Evaluate current processes and update documentation following continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN/6 Sigma)
Create data visualizations to identify automation opportunities using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python
Collaborate with engineers across areas and shifts to identify Best Known Methods (BKMs)
Participate in projects aimed at improving FAB performance
Attention to detail and high accuracy in completing assignments
Skill in identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program with at least two years completed
Minimum six months experience with MATLAB, Python, or equivalent data analysis software
Ability to clearly communicate project status and progress to engineering and management teams
Strong collaboration skills with teams and customers
Ability to observe and respond to people and situations effectively
Capability to learn and apply new information or skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, information, and documents
Strong customer focus and commitment to satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism
Ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines
Result-driven with ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Open, clear, concise, and professional communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers, co-workers, and customers
Ability to work according to strict procedures within provided timelines
Work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship
Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by U.S. Export Administration Regulations

Domestic travel required for program closeout and presentation
