- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a federal environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Experience in managing and maintaining schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports
- Proven experience in contract management and project tracking
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of people
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong proofreading skills and an eye for accuracy
