- Key Responsibilities
- Reporting, Metrics & Analytics:
- Build and own models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Partner with cross functional teams, such as Data Science, to develop reporting dashboards, define metrics and leading indicators of business performance
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks to generate insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization & Automation:

- Manage data workflows, streamline reporting processes, and leverage tools for efficiency gains.
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, and simplification across Finance & Strategy workflows
- Cross-Functional Program Management:
- Drive high-priority initiatives such as annual planning, forecasting cycles, and other cross-functional programs across Stripe
- Own end-to-end execution from scoping through to implementation, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Executive Support & Strategic Materials:
- Support preparation for internal operating forums, board meetings, and executive leadership reviews.
- Synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries and decision-ready materials to shape and influence decision-making.
- Respond to executive-level inquiries requiring quick turnaround and cross-functional data gathering
- Stakeholder Partnership & Influence:
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with senior leaders across Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Strategy & Operations, Product and GTM.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, working tactfully to align competing priorities and drive consensus — often influencing without direct authority.
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or Corporate Strategy roles
- MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, decision-ready materials
- Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives without close supervision
- The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to get any job done

- Demonstrated experience in process automation, workflow optimization, or business process improvement
