• As an Retail Sales Associate at PepsiCo, you will play an important role in supporting direct store delivery and merchandising operations
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and attractively displayed in customer locations
• This physically active position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, customer-oriented, and enjoy working independently in the field
• In this position, you will focus on merchandising support and product availability across assigned retail stores
• Stock and merchandise PepsiCo products in retail locations
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and meet quality standards
• Build and maintain displays and promotional setups
• Keep shelves organized, clean, and properly labeled
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel
• Communicate inventory requirements to sales representatives
• Manage schedules effectively across multiple store sites

Follow company safety policies and operational procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required
