  • In this field position, you will coach, mentor, educate, motivate and train a team of sales individuals
  • The Senior Manager, Medicare Sales, must have a solid understanding of the market they serve, how to resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines

This role also involves cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with Company’s customers, both internal and external business partners, along with the community we serve through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups

  • Other responsibilities include developing marketing budgets and looking for branding opportunities
  • While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Company's offices for training or meetings may be required

  • Must reside in the Raleigh Durham, NC area or be willing to relocate
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Licenses
  • 2 or more years of sales leadership experience
  • 6 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to lead a team of sales associates and train them in successful sales techniques, educational presentation skills, utilizing technology tools as well as building relationships with communities and medical providers
  • Strong aptitude for technology with proficiency in MS Office products, various CRM platforms, and various iPhone app capabilities
  • Must be a strong leader, strong producer
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and overcome when necessary
  • Community Engagement/Grassroots experience in marketing Medicare plans in the community
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This role is part of Company's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits

Pay Range $77,000 - $105,100 per year
