- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Service Channel or similar ticket platform
- Knowledge of construction and millwork standards for luxury retail environments
- Experience managing luxury and specialty retail and wholesale projects and vendor relationships
- Detail oriented proactive and highly organized with strong decision making skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% domestically and internationally and travel on short notice
