• Assist walk-in customers at the front counter with orders and product questions
• Support Will Call by preparing and organizing pick-up orders
• Answer incoming phone calls to help customers with orders or product inquiries

Ensure a positive customer experience by providing helpful, friendly service

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Interest in learning about the fastener or construction supply industry
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email, data entry)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and able to follow directions
• Friendly and professional communication skills, in person and on the phone
• Must pass a background check

No previous fastener or sales experience required – training will be provided

• Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
