- As a Hardware Testing Lab Manager, you will shape the environment that supports the next generation of advanced hardware development at ASML
- You will manage multiple laboratory spaces, enable safe and fast experimentation, and ensure that equipment and facilities are always ready for high‑precision testing

- You will work closely with engineers, facilities partners, and technical specialists to support safe, efficient testing
- Oversee daily operations across multiple laboratories and ensure consistent safety, quality, and performance
- Lead the requirements and design activities for a new laboratory planned for 2027
- Support engineers with experiment setup, execution, and troubleshooting to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a safe work environment through training, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage laboratory equipment through inspections, maintenance coordination, and timely repairs
- Improve laboratory workflows by identifying upgrades and implementing process enhancements
- Develop long‑term plans for lab capabilities, including equipment needs, layout planning, and budget requirements
- You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems
- Apply laboratory safety practices with care and consistency
- Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, chillers, vacuum systems, and other lab equipment
- Create clear, accurate documentation
