• As a member of the Company Health Government Services change control team, you will work with federal internal and external teams who submit change requests for Federal clients
• You are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction
• This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Company and third-party vendors to ensure delivery
• As a member of the Company Health Government Services change control team, you responsible for the following
• Facilitate and drive all Federal change request
• Provide clear guidance to requestors on documentation and requirements
• Coordinate, organize, and transcribe submitted change requests into Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC
• Guide client on change review before and during change control board meetings
• Coordinate Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB)
• Assist in Change control continual process improvement
• Organize and tracking documentation as change requests move through the approval process
• Assist with weekly communication on change requests to varying levels of leadership
• Schedule and attend change control meetings as needed
• Prioritize work appropriately
• Create and manage project plans for integrated master schedules (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs)
• Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan

Drive implementation by providing vision and direction

• Able to work well solo and in a team member setting

• US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum
