• As a Business Analyst, you'll be integral in supporting our flagship Trade and Market Surveillance platform
• This role involves engaging with high-volume datasets and navigating complex client requirements
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various products within our Solutions portfolio over time
• Consult with clients to understand their surveillance needs and workflows
• Analyze customer data schemas and pinpoint enhancement opportunities
• Design ETL workflows, create flow/UML diagrams, and analyze large datasets
• Draft detailed functional/technical specifications (FRS) derived from business requirements (BRDs)
• Conduct walkthroughs of specifications with both internal teams and clients
• Estimate implementation efforts in partnership with project managers
• Perform quality assurance on implementations to ensure high alert quality and reduced false positives

Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• 2–4 years of experience in a Business/Functional/Data Analyst role within financial services
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with trading workflows or market microstructure (Equities, Fixed Income, FX/MM, or Derivatives)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in SQL; knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance
• Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at prioritizing competing tasks effectively
