This role supports final inspections and general field quality control across active construction sites. Workload and hours may vary depending on project phase. During slower inspection periods, technicians assist with other field inspection and quality control technician tasks to stay productive and support the site. This position is best suited for candidates interested in traveling construction jobs who are flexible, dependable, and motivated to learn.

• Conduct quality control and construction inspections near project completion
• Use inspection checklists to monitor compliance with quality standards
• Assist with monitoring work across mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades
• Complete QA documentation, reports, and inspection logs
• Communicate findings and improvement opportunities with on-site construction teams
• Act as an internal customer prior to turnover to Community Management
• Manage inspection schedules across multiple job sites
• Participate in project and progress meetings as needed
• Assist with additional site or quality-related tasks during slower periods

Perform other duties as assigned by the QA Manager

• No prior inspection experience required
• 0–5 years of construction or related experience (coursework accepted)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Willingness to travel extensively across Louisiana and Mississippi
