In this role, you will be part of the team that supports and builds food programs worldwide, from our food philosophy and safety standards to our vendor management and feedback systems. Our team is strategically distributed across all regions but operating as one cohesive unit that shares ownership of our entire global portfolio. To further strengthen our ability to provide real-time partnership across all time zones, we are looking for a senior leader as a Food Experience Manager to join us. This role reports to the Global Head of Food, and is based in Bangalore.
Drive Global Program Execution: You will be responsible for the successful execution of our global standards across a fluid portfolio of offices, which may span multiple regions. Your role is to ensure consistency, compliance, and high performance, regardless of location.
Synthesize Global Data: You will analyze user feedback and operational data from across our entire global portfolio to identify systemic trends, risks, and opportunities, transforming that data into actionable business intelligence for the whole team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food and hospitality but thinks like a systems architect for a global product. While deep hospitality experience is a plus, we are excited to consider exceptional candidates from diverse operational backgrounds, including tech, logistics, or high-end retail, who have a proven track record of building scalable, user-obsessed systems.
