• As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in our tea manufacturing process, ensuring we meet production goals while maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

• Operating and maintaining machinery for blending, boxing, and stocking tea products.
• Meeting production targets for cycle time, quantity, and quality standards.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Documenting activities accurately in paper or electronic logs.
• Collaborating with coworkers, engineers, and managers to support plant operations.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Supporting other tasks as needed to ensure efficient plant operations.

• You bring:
• A high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or training in mechanical/electrical maintenance is a bonus).
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and bend as needed.
• Reliable transportation to our Livonia facility.

• Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour
