• Years of experience: 5+
• Must Haves: Angular - Specifically must have hands on experience with Angular 12 (Team is currently migrating to 18)
• Must have hands on experience building reusable component libraries
• Preference for experience supporting multiple teams
• A minimum of 4 – 7+ years of experience with front-end development and 2+ years of experience building design systems
• Experience in front-end software development using the AngularJS framework
• Strong TypeScript and CSS skills
• Experience developing and integrating design systems or component libraries assisting front-end
• Expert at building design tokens
• Experience with accessible systems
• Comfortable with CI/CD and monorepo tooling
• Experience with Figma, Storybook or other Design System Management tools
• Proficient at writing technical documentation
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and social skills, including a sense of humor
• Eagerness to influence and mature a growing design system practice
• Possess a deep curiosity to learn about new trends and how to do things different and better
