- This role will own the full White Label P&L and lead the strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment required to unlock its massive potential
- Reporting to the COO/CEO, you will lead a cross-functional team, with additional dotted-line reporting relationships across the organization
- Own and scale the White Label business end-to-end, including P&L, growth strategy, execution, and operating cadence
- Build a SaaS business by serving a book of ISV customers who resell Deel solutions across their full client bases
- Set the vision and strategy for White Label, aligning product, engineering, sales, operations, and GTM teams around a unified roadmap
- Drive internal alignment across 60+ product teams, ensuring White Label becomes a first-class priority across the company
- Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to develop API-first, plug-and-play solutions that reduce onboarding friction and manual effort
- Lead hands-on execution, going deep where needed to unblock progress, validate solutions, and accelerate outcomes
- Use data and customer insight to guide decision-making, prioritize investments, and evolve the product offering
- Act as the internal and external thought leader on White Label, ISV partnerships, regulatory considerations, and market opportunities
