About the role We are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract , with the potential to extend depending on business needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a global talent environment , sourcing and hiring the best candidates across Europe, the US, and LATAM , for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Publishing , among others. We are growing, and this position will be key in helping us hire amazing talent . Your Impact and Core Focus Own end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned vacancies, ensuring speed and quality Lead intake conversations with Hiring Managers to clarify role requirements, seniority, and interview processes Screen inbound applications and actively source candidates, focusing on new sourcing approaches Conduct preliminary interviews and build shortlists to present to Hiring Managers Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition , receiving guidance and feedback, while being expected to operate independently and take full ownership of your scope Collaborate with Local HR Managers, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates in our ATS and use automations to reduce manual administration Maintain strong pipeline visibility and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
