• In this role, youll take ownership of Bending Spoons US tax landscapeleading, optimizing, and innovating how we manage our tax responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions
• Youll ensure rigorous compliance with international regulations while shaping strategies that enable smart growth
• From guiding key business decisions and complex transactions to building worldclass processes, youll play a pivotal role in safeguarding and strengthening our platform
• Responsibilities Oversee international tax compliance and planning, including federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales taxes, as well as transfer pricing
• Calculate tax liabilities, prepare and file returns, and manage the tax aspects of equity plans and contractor arrangements
• Ensure proper tax treatment of employee benefits and welfare programs
• Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and structure transactions efficiently

Stay current on tax law changes, identify savings opportunities (e.g., R&D credits), and liaise with tax authorities and advisors
