• A few examples of your responsibilities Oversee international tax compliance and planning, including federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales taxes, as well as transfer pricing
• Calculate tax liabilities, prepare and file returns, and manage the tax aspects of equity plans and contractor arrangements
• Ensure proper tax treatment of employee benefits and welfare programs

Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and structure transactions efficiently
