  • We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days
  • Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays
  • In this role, you'll bring craft, clarity, and care to every search, balancing speed with sound judgment to help us grow intentionally
  • This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and would require you to work out of our office on Mondays and Thursdays
  • Partner with leaders and advisors across our GTM teams - including the Sales Organization - as a trusted thought partner and advisor
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process- from sourcing through close- creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy
  • Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs
  • Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
  • Coach and consult hiring managers and interviewing teams to strengthen decision quality and mitigate bias

Drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward (internally called IDEA), with a heavy emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds

Требования

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with deep expertise on niche and/or complex GTM searches
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in ambiguous, and ever-evolving settings and scenarios
  • Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across GTM disciplines
  • Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact
  • The resilience and optimism to guide complex, high-visibility searches to the finish line
  • Excellent communication and judgment - you deliver thoughtful experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Collaborative, pro-active, and team-oriented - you clear obstacles and elevate those around you
