  • This role owns sales enablement for the GTM organization in KSA, balancing strategic planning and agile execution to design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate field and partner productivity
  • The manager will partner closely with Revenue Organization leadership and cross-functional teams to create curriculum, run training (on-demand, virtual and in-person), and measure readiness from lead generation through deal close
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks for field and partner teams and ensure operational success
  • Enable and measure field readiness across the funnel from lead generation to deal close
  • Collaborate as a strategic partner with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, PX and other stakeholders to identify and solve go-to-market challenges
  • Enable partners and account managers with sales acumen and product knowledge to accelerate ramp and increase productivity
  • Deliver training and workshops for partners and AEs via on-demand, virtual and in-person sessions
  • Create, deliver and measure results of curriculum and learning programs
  • Identify processes and skills (discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution, etc.) and work with Go-to
  • Market Excellence and Product/Technical teams while ensuring alignment with global programs
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Partner teams to produce content to support AE conversations with prospects and customers
  • S sales cycles, sales processes, and sales methodologies (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)
  • Proactive communicator with a high-impact, energetic training style to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting tools, CRM, readiness platforms, content management and learning management systems

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of developing and delivering training; experience in a quota-carrying direct, channel or related role
  • Understanding of UCaa
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across the business and act as a partner/consultant to cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and optimize enablement programs using insights

Strong program management skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
