• The Test Engineer will support the development, qualification, and acceptance of advanced avionics systems for spacecraft applications
• The Hardware Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting test campaigns to ensure flight readiness, focusing on environmental testing, functional testing of mission-critical hardware, and EMI/EMC testing
• Plan, execute, and document test campaigns for advanced avionics systems
• Conduct environmental testing to ensure flight readiness of hardware
• Perform functional testing of mission-critical hardware
• Execute EMI/EMC testing for hardware components
• Develop and write detailed test plans and reports
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards such as NASA, ESA, MIL-STD, and DO-160

This role offers significant ownership responsibilities and the ability to set precedents for future testing processes within the company

• Proficiency in hardware testing and environmental testing
• Experience with EMI/EMC testing
• Strong technical writing skills for test plans and reports
• Hands-on experience with vibration and shock testing
• Working knowledge of industry standards (NASA, ESA, MIL-STD, DO-160)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field

• The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $73.00/hr
