• Lead Driver Operations across the LATAM macro-region
• Drive growth of the driver base and ensure stable supply hours
• Improve service quality and reduce key operational risk metrics (CR, fraud, DR)
• Launch and scale driver acquisition and retention initiatives
• Coordinate local teams and cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, safety, finance)
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of supply investments
• Monitor key KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to top management

Ensure operational resilience and compliance with local market requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplaces
• Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams
• Strong understanding of the driver acquisition funnel, unit economics, and core operational metrics
• Data-driven decision-making and solid analytical skills
• Experience launching and scaling operations across multiple markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
