Our Asia Pacific Marketing team’s mission is to engage priority audiences through impactful and relevant marketing campaigns and events, driving awareness, growth, and adoption of Stripe’s solutions. The India Marketing leadership role is closely aligned with sales, collaborating with the GTM organization, including Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Architects, Partnerships, and others. This role spans all customer segments and stages of the customer lifecycle journey. As a marketing leadership position for India, it offers a significant opportunity to build and impact the India cross-border business.
You’ll lead the India marketing as an individual contributor initially and set our marketing strategy while being hands-on and developing a strong, trusted relationship by working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive successful user outcomes. The Head of India will lead the field marketing function and will set and execute a marketing strategy that delivers high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue. You will initially be an individual contributor and will have the opportunity to establish the marketing function for the region at Stripe. Longer term this role will require the candidate to build, develop and lead a marketing team as the business grows in India.
8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience leading an India marketing function across multiple customer segments, including specific experience in cross-border content, localization, content marketing, event management, partnership marketing, and multi-touch campaigns to generate demand.
