The Monetization Services team is seeking an experienced leader to head the newly formed MACS team. This high-impact role will focus on building, scaling, and managing the team with the primary objective of driving efficiency in deal cycles and ensuring a seamless, positive user experience post-contract execution. Key to this role is a strategic focus on developing commercial constructs that boost efficiency and minimize operational friction, requiring extensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
Strategic Direction and Performance : Set the strategic direction and pace for the team within a rapidly growing, data-driven context. Establish, track, and improve performance metrics to measure the team's effectiveness and efficiency. Provide regular updates and progress reports on key initiatives and metrics to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner effectively with various internal stakeholders—including, but not limited to, Accounting, Billing, Business Practices, Commercial Legal, Deal Pricing, Deal Strategy, Engineering, and Tax—to ensure commercial objectives are aligned and deal designs are optimized.
