This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the Technology Division's Shared Business Services team, which serves over 250 employees and contractors. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of daily operations while collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Manage the Technology Division shared mailbox and respond to inquiries for information.
- Coordinate with business partners on onboarding and offboarding requests.
- Assist with maintaining division data on SharePoint sites.
