- Role Description
This role involves representing the company in the SoPac region, focusing on retail performance across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Your mission will involve leading a dedicated team while collaborating with internal and external partners to uncover new opportunities and build upon existing market successes.
- Directly manage and lead field sales team in the SoPac Market
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-level field sales team to ensure KPIs are hit each quarter
- Navigate task conflict and provide feedback to the team
- Set monthly priorities and goals for the team to execute against and track accountability
- Set and build out field strategy for the SoPac Market
- Manage partnerships with internal sales teams and distributor partners
- Execute a monthly volume and distribution plan to achieve overall objectives
- Translate national business strategy into actionable regional plans
- Engage with retailers to build relationships and optimize shelf placements
- Conduct regular analysis of market performance to inform strategy
