As an HR Generalist , you will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive workplace culture and strong operational alignment. You will manage processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, performance, compliance, and HR operations, providing support to approximately 60 employees . You will collaborate closely with managers and teams to enable a high‑performance, people‑centric environment.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and country regulations.
- Handle personnel administration: contracts, updates, documentation, and HR systems accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, benefits, and payroll inputs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Support performance management cycles and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communication, events, and engagement programs.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders for smooth HR workflow.
- About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Experience supporting ~50–100 employees.Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.Intermediate knowledge of labor relations (nice to have).
- Strong communication skills, problem‑solving, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and intermediate Excel.
- Customer‑centric mindset and passion for employee experience.
