- The role focuses on data‑driven HR processes, compliance, and scalable operations across multiple countries and payroll jurisdictions
- Own and standardize end‑to‑end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data management) across several countries
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs for multiple jurisdictions and maintain accurate monthly payroll data
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll consistency and resolve discrepancies
- Build HR process infrastructure from scratch—workflows, templates, documentation, and data models
- Evaluate and implement HR tools and develop scalable processes before digitalization
- Create standard operating procedures and policy documents for all core HR processes
- Develop and own core HR metrics and build monthly dashboards and trend reports
- Coordinate performance review cycles and analyze outcomes to identify improvement areas
- Support recruitment activity with structured tasks such as job description drafting and pipeline tracking
Maintain headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and HR budget data and ensure all HR operations meet compliance and audit standards
