The Implementation Services Intern will work within an energetic professional services team and will be responsible for supporting the design and configuration of the Intapp DealCloud platform for our clients in response to their specific business requirements

• This role offers hands-on experience supporting client implementations of the DealCloud platform while building foundational skills in data analysis, platform configuration, and client engagement
• The Implementation Services Intern will work closely with experienced team members to learn the product, implementation methodology, and the business operations of our clients
• Support Client Engagements
• Contribute to client implementations by assisting the services team with platform configuration, data preparation, and documentation under the guidance of senior consultants
• Data Analysis & Preparation
• Analyze legacy client data sets and use Excel to map, normalize, and import data into the platform, ensuring accuracy and usability
• Project Management Support
• Maintain internal systems and documentation, track project timelines, log utilization hours, and ensure delivery of in-scope requirements
• Learning & Development
• Actively build knowledge of the DealCloud platform, implementation methodology, and supported industries such as private equity and investment banking
• Team Collaboration

Serve in a supporting role on complex projects led by senior consultants, contributing to delivery milestones and client satisfaction

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
• Mentorship within a team of SaaS (Software as a service) solution design experts
• Experience in data manipulation and analysis
