• This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers
• Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the area
• Conduct professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners
• Travel to/from appointments and complete assessments of customers' needs
• Close sales by effectively presenting financing options
• Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and success

You will need to overcome objections from homeowners and close sales by making our financing options attractive and feasible

• Must have a car and be willing to work 6 days a week (pick your one day off)
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively (Entry-level candidates may start with door knocking if they lack sales experience.)

• However, we are primarily looking for candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience

This role requires a dedicated individual willing to work 6 days a week

• Average first-year compensation: $100,000 - $150,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000
