• As a memeber of the Inside Sales team you will be working with homeowners and contractors to select and order the materials needed for their new construction or remodeling jobs
• Building materials you will be familiar with are roofing, siding, windows, doors, stone, decking, and railing
• You will work with customer service reps from our vendors to order material and resolve any issues that may arise
• General hours are M-F 7-4 with some Saturdays 7-12
• Provide exceptional customer service to all who enter or call the store
• Order special order material and ensure that all pricing and quantities are correct on purchase orders
• Schedule deliveries for our drivers
• Order stock materials

Assist in any other aspect of the business as needed

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers and POS systems
• Knowledge of technical sales concepts is advantageous
