• The Instructor is responsible for leading and delivering a remarkable Company class and client experience
• HOURS AND AVAILABILITY: Weekday morning and/or early afternoon availability
• Complete five weeks of pre-training coursework as prescribed by the Company Corporate team and facilitated by the local studio Lead Mentor
• Attend weekly in-person workshops with the Company Newtown Lead Mentor
• Attend a two-day Virtual Intensive led by the Company Corporate team
• Teach the 60-minute Company Signature class
• Teach using the current guidelines and brand standards for the Company class
• Teach 3-5 classes per week per local studio policy
• Arrive at the studio with approved music and class sequencing prepared
• Communicate body alignment and the Company brand and core values through mindful cueing
• Build strong relationships with Company clients before, during, and after class
• Weekend Teaching Policy: Teach classes on a rotating weekend schedule
• Participate in class reviews and self-assessments throughout the year for continued growth and development
• Provide Remarkable Customer Service & Build Strong Client Connection: Provide welcoming service and quality class education; communicates effectively with clients and guests about the Company brand and core values, before, during, and after class
• Actively Improve Teaching Skills Through Continued Education: Stay up to date on current philosophies, teachings, and certifications provided by the Company Training Team in order to effectively deliver Company classes that will retain the client base
• Engage in Team Culture & Relationships: Support strong team culture by communicating with team members in a way that uplifts workplace culture and fulfills Company’s core values
• Execute strong communication skills and a professional presence with staff and clients
• Maintain a basic understanding of the studio booking platform
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare the studio/props for the next class as stated by the studio cleaning policies
• Support fellow Instructors and your own personal growth by taking classes and subbing
• Participate in class check-ins and regular goal setting with Mentor and/or Lead Mentor(s), and annual performance review with Studio Lead Mentor(s)
• Take direction and constructive feedback with a growth mindset
• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance

Attend meetings/workshops and meetings/training sessions hosted by Company Newtown

• Pass an audition locally with a Company Newtown Lead Mentor and approval from the Company Corporate Instructor Training Team

Teach a minimum of four (number varies based on skillset and will be determined by the Company Newtown Lead Mentor) Instructor-In-Training classes until you meet the brand standards set forth by the Company Corporate team

• Pay: From $30.00 per hour
