• The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
• This role requires a global mindset, strong manufacturing industry experience, and the ability to lead a complex, multi-country finance organization through transformation and growth
• The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, compliance, and ERP governance, while driving strategic initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term sustainable growth objectives
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to support global expansion and transformation initiatives
• Financial Operations & Governance:
• Oversee a global finance team of approximately 50 professionals, including controllers at each site
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain squeaky clean books across all entities
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; currently in early stages for next fiscal year (FY ends March)
• Global Oversight:
• Manage financial operations across major facilities in Mexico, Europe, and Asia
• Coordinate payroll and cost accounting functions across sites
• ERP & Systems:
• Provide governance over ERP systems and lead process optimization
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies
• Performance Improvement:
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and margin improvement strategies following recent restructuring
• Act as a change agent to restore data integrity and strengthen internal controls
• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with global functional leaders and participate in board-level discussions

Prepare and present strategic financial plans and performance updates to executive leadership

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a global manufacturing environment, preferably in the tech field
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, ERP systems, and multi-country compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and improve profitability under time-sensitive conditions

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to delegate effectively and build high-performing teams

• This is a contract position offering a pay rate in the range of $150-200/hour
• Pay Details: $150.00 to $200.00 per hour
