A Day in the Life Join a Culture of Collaboration and Innovation The IT Technical Analyst for Juncos Neuro & Pelvic Health operations is responsible for analyzing and aligning technical information with the technology strategies and procedures for the manufacturing IT systems, platforms and applications. They play a critical role in monitoring and maintaining technologies, ensuring smooth operations by providing immediate resolution to incidents, as well as contributing to root cause analysis and preventive actions. The analyst is also instrumental in delivering new technologies and features that support business and IT strategies to drive desired outcomes. By translating functional requirements and detailed technical specifications into clear technical requirements, the IT Technical Analyst collaborates closely with Developers and Architects to ensure that systems meet both business and technical needs. Furthermore, they provide guidance to other business functional teams, contextualizing and communicating technical requirements to ensure successful implementations and alignment with overall IT and business strategic goals and objectives.
Establishes and documents system design, parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems functionality, performance and compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of configurations, such as existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
Actively identifies system functionality or performance deficiencies, executes changes to existing systems, and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Bachelor degree- Engineering, Information System or related
