• Our Kids Head Instructor serves as the Kids Program Director
• Creates the curriculum, sets coaching standards, and defines program expectations
• Establishes culture, safety benchmarks, class structure, and training modules
• All coaches hired must teach in alignment with his curriculum and reinforce his standards
• This is a team-coaching role, operating in support of the Program Director’s leadership and vision to ensure consistency and quality as the program scales
• Patience: Calm, clear instruction and corrections for young learners
• Structure: Organized, disciplined, repeatable coaching execution
• Focus: Fundamentals, positional awareness, situational sparring, competition readiness

Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

• We are seeking a Blue Belt or higher, preferably with experience teaching Kids Jiu-Jitsu
• Kids Coach — if you have proven experience leading kids classes
• Assistant Kids Coach — if you have kids teaching experience and want a clear path into class leadership
• Leadership: Sets the tone, commands the room with confidence, reinforces standards
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Formats: Gi & No-Gi
• Environment: Safe, structured, engaging, confidence-building
• BJJ Rank: Blue Belt or higher (required)
• Must pass a background check (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills with kids, parents, and staff
• Comfortable coaching both Gi & No-Gi for ages 4–13

Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week

Reliable, punctual, patient, responsible, and team-oriented

• You will coach alongside our kids staff, supporting class execution, academy values, and student development while working directly under our Kids Program Director
• Consistent weekday evening schedule
