• Kitting Specialist is responsible for assembling and preparing kits of materials or components for production, shipping, or distribution
• This role is essential for ensuring that production and shipping processes run smoothly by providing the necessary components in an organized and timely manner
• Must be able to work occasional weekends on a rotating basis when required
• Collect and organize various finished goods components or materials into kits according to specific instructions or orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts when required, and ensure the integrity of inventory levels
• Visually inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to specifications
• Keep detailed records of kitting activities, including discrepancies or damages
• Work closely with Distribution, Quality and Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure timely and accurate kit preparation
• Identify opportunities to streamline kitting processes and improve efficiency
• Will participate in cycle counts when required put in all

Perform repetitive tasks

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively to coordinate with team members and other departments
• Must be proficient in English language to read and follow documentation, training materials and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders
• Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Must be able to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks

Ability to follow electronic training instructions and manual demonstrations

• Pay: $23/hr

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2.00 pm – 10.30 pm
