The ideal candidate will bring substantial portable business and demonstrate proven leadership in all aspects of employment and labor law

• 10+ years of employment law experience with partnership-level responsibility
• Portable book of business of $500,000+ annually
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York
• Demonstrated expertise in employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance counseling, and employment contract matters
• Strong track record of client development and retention
• Experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys
• Professional network within the business community
• Support for business development initiatives
