• This Intermediate Pharmacy consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Company methodologies and practices
• This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business
• Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
• Complete complex system configurations independently
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
• Adopt new process improvements
• Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance
• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Company Health Pharmacy product(s)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

• US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum
