- This Intermediate Pharmacy consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Company methodologies and practices
- This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business
- Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
- Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
- Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
- Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
- Complete complex system configurations independently
- Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
- Adopt new process improvements
- Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
- Drive tools development and troubleshooting
- Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
