Supports the Task Order Owner/Task Order Lead in managing the end-to-end contractual delivery of large, complex projects *_This position comes with a commitment to commute to the Arlington, VA office four days per week._**
- Monitor adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the TO PWS
- Manages the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity
- Monitors and reports on staffing levels in alignment with the project schedule
- Support and monitor 3rd party supplier contracts ensuring alignment to staffing and resource needs
- Monitors and analyzes forecast hours, project actuals and variances
- Identifies root cause of large variances and works to remediate going forward
- Captures lessons learned with a focus on supporting continuous process improvement efforts
- Manages the creation and updates of contractual deliverables by coordinating with subject matter experts and content owners, ensuring deliverables are high-quality, complete and acceptable to the client
- Provides direction and mentoring to delivery teams as well as fellow team members
- Initiate and gather details for Work at Risk Approvals
- Proactively manage risks and issues through coordination with the delivery team
- Monitor the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential delays or lack of progress including follow-ups with the delivery team
- Support Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client
- Maintain strong client relationships with the delivery team and VA PM
- Support internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for assigned task order(s)
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors
- Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements
- Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
