• Your role is the heartbeat of the operation.

You’ll door-knock (often in your own neighborhood or chosen areas), make outbound calls, network with realtors and insurance agents, hand out flyers, build relationships—whatever smart, creative moves get qualified appointments flowing to our closers. We give you full training, ongoing support, and the freedom to own your territory so you can maximize your results and your earnings.

• To rock this job, you’ll need:
• Your own reliable transportation (car preferred to cover the Denver metro and your chosen areas)
• A smartphone you’re comfortable using every day
• The stamina to walk 4+ hours a day while door-knocking
• Being comfortable with basic tech (scheduling apps, simple CRM, texting/email—we’ll train you on everything else)

The pay plan is built to reward hustle—and keep cash flowing steadily: $50 for every qualified roof appointment you set Another $50 when that appointment closes into a sale $500 bonus for every group of 5 roofs that close in a month (Commissions are calculated weekly and paid out bi-weekly so you see the rewards of your work quickly and consistently.)
