• What You’ll DoLead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment
• Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
• Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles—troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence

Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions

• What You BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must be a US CitizenExperience: 3+ years of hands-on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations
• Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses

Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects.Communication: Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Skills:Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low-code platforms

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $115,000 - $156,310/year.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws
