• Strategic Quality Assurance Planning: Collaborate with Technical Leads to develop comprehensive test strategies that align with project goals and timelines
• Test Design and Execution Oversight: Lead the design and management of test execution, ensuring effective resource use and adherence to quality standards
• Automation and Process Improvement: Expand automation practices and identify opportunities for enhancing testing processes and frameworks
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary QA contact for development and product management, ensuring transparency in QA processes

Industry Trends Awareness: Stay updated on new QA technologies and methodologies to enhance our quality approaches

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Mobile Software QA for both iOS and Android
• A minimum of 3 years with Selenium automated testing, including advanced script creation
• Significant experience with Appium is required
• Experience testing with both real devices and cloud platforms like BrowserStack
• Capability in both Manual and Automation testing
• Proven leadership in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and how to optimize automated tests for speed and efficiency
• Advanced programming skills in Java for test automation
• Experience with defect tracking tools and effective communication skills in English

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
