In this role, you’ll be reporting into the New Hire Program Team, a sub-team under the Talent & Development function. This team delivers global Company wide onboarding and employee engagement programs for new hires and existing Companys. We partner closely with the business and partner teams to support new managers and leaders in successfully integrating into Company.

As the Leadership Onboarding Partner, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of our Manager Onboarding program and play a key role in our Leadership Onboarding strategy. This role requires a dynamic blend of expert facilitation for senior audiences, learning content design, and meticulous program management to ensure flawless delivery. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to continuously iterate on program outcomes, setting up our new leaders for success in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
