Nebius is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support Nebius’ expanding operations across Europe. You will work closely with our procurement, infrastructure, and product teams to enable strategic sourcing initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Advise on and negotiate procurement contracts, including data center acquisition or development, co-location and lease agreements, and related services.
  • Support the acquisition of permits and licenses required for infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements globally.
  • Coordinate and manage external counsel to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal support.
  • Monitor regulatory developments affecting Nebius’ infrastructure and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and risk management.
  • We expect you to have:
  • A Master’s degree in Law from a university, preferably a Dutch institution.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with a focus on procurement, real estate, or energy/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law.
  • Able to work under short deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills in English.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and business-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset
