• Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—including, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements

Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topics—such as technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection
