• You’ll work closely with a dynamic, highly active group on a wide range of matters, including lease disputes, foreclosures, contract issues, title disputes, landlord/tenant matters, construction litigation, environmental disputes, and zoning appeals
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle complex real estate and land use disputes, including prerogative writ actions
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and participate in trial preparation

Manage day-to-day case responsibilities

• We’re looking for an associate with at least two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation to join our growing team
• Minimum two years of litigation experience in New Jersey
• Strong writing and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex commercial real estate matters
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
• Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
