• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association(s)
• This position requires interaction with colleagues, homeowners, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors
• General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas
• Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs

Other duties as assigned

• Have previous Maintenance experience
• Handyman/ Porter skills
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4-8 hours per day
• Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
• Be able to work in variable weather conditions
• Possess general computer skills

Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
